Are you someone who can: Develop channel sales strategyBe responsible for identifying, developing, and managing non-traditional sales and distribution channels that enhance our company's reach and revenue streams.Identify and establish relationships with key partners and stakeholders in alternative channels.Negotiate contracts and agreements with new partners, ensuring favorable terms that align with company objectives.Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external parties to support the sales strategy.Continuously explore and test new channels, methods, and technologies that could benefit the business.Manage the growth of alternative channels and overall contribution to sales targets.Develop and manage the budget for alternative channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.Track, control and influence sales activities with the specific aim to achieve previously determined sales team targets.Influence net profit growth for business.Plan and execute campaigns successfully and on schedule.Monitor costs / benefits per channel.Maintain operational accountability for all campaign execution.Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analyzing trends and data.You will be an ideal candidate if you: Min 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management, with a focus on alternative channel.Must have a Post-grad degree.RE5 is a nice to have.You must be numerical and analytical strong.Strong business acumen.You must be able to manage stakeholders at all levels and have strong relationship management.Insurance and Investment is advantageous.Skills required: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate.A challenging working environment that is progressive and agile.Opportunities to innovate where initiative is taken and owned end to end.We can be a match if you are: Adaptable and curious.Analyse complex data sets.Thrive in a collaborative environment.Apply now if you are interested in taking the next step.
