Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Security (NQF Level 7) or Equivalent degree in Risk Management or Certified Aviation Security Professional Functional Trainig: - Security Management System Training - Auditing Training Environmental / Other conditions: - Understanding of the Health and Safety regulations - Large Warehouse Environment - The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and occasionally loud Minimum Experience: - 10 years Operational experience in the Aviation Operations coordination and management - 5 years Security Management System in line with the South African Civil Aviation Regulations (SACARs) and Technical Standards (TS) - 2 years experience auditing in aviation operations - 3 years experience in Aviation security, including application of Part108,109 and 110 of the SACARs - Knowledge and proficiency on the Integrated Quality and Safety Management System (IQSMS) or equivalent quality and safety systems - An in-depth knowledge of the Civil Aviation Regulations and Technical Standards Skills and Competencies: - Report writing - Leadership - Problem solving - Computer skills - Confidence - Knowledge of Aviation regulations - Auditing skills - Tactical
