Ai Communications Product Owner (12-Month Contract) (Cpt Hybrid)

ENVIRONMENT: AN Independent Asset Management Firm seeks to fill the role of an AI Communications Product Owner whose core function will entail providing coordination and communication to a variety of workstreams in order to ensure each workstream has a clear roadmap and is delivering to those roadmaps. The Technology Enablement Programme consists of a number of workstreams - Tools and Guardrails. Low Code Platforms, CoPilot testing, Data Scientist Cohorts and AI advancements. You will spend time using CoPilot together with Microsoft Tools like Loop and Teams, AI Tools and Low Code platforms like Microsoft Power Suite (Power Automate, Power BI and Power Apps). You will need a suitable tertiary qualification including strong proficiency with PowerPoint & other visual tools. Please note this is a 12-Month Contract. DUTIES: Create a communication plan and deliver on that plan- this will include newsletters, Viva Engage postings, SharePoint documentation and presentations. Design and document OKRs for the Technology Enablement Workstreams and report/manage against those OKRs. Spend time using CoPilot together with Microsoft Tools like Loop and Teams, AI Tools and Low Code platforms like Microsoft Power Suite (Power Automate, Power BI and Power Apps). Run Bite Size learning sessions and small group sessions to train/demonstrate the uses of above tools. Work alongside a number of people in IT and across different business areas to get feedback and help provide structure to the workstream tasks. Technical Curiosity - Spend time reading articles and keeping abreast of developments in AI and Technology Enablement tools. REQUIREMENTS: Relevant tertiary qualification. PowerPoint and other visual tools. Strong communication skills and an understanding of different mediums for communication. Understanding or interest in AI and Microsoft's development of their various Low code/Tech Enablement tools. ATTRIBUTES: The ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships. High conviction and be comfortable sharing opinions. Ability to analyse, interpret and assimilate information. The ability to 'approach and own' and continuously looks for opportunities to develop.
