Willingness to relocate and work locally or within Africa . Ability to work independently and manage a variety of agricultural machinery repairs. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards. Job Experience & Skills Required: 3 years working as a Tractor Technician or in a similar role. Familiarity with various tractor brands and models , as well as related agricultural machinery . Solid knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in tractors. Ability to work with remote teams and manage on-site repairs for agricultural clients across different African regions.
