Requirements: Formal qualification in Tractor/Mechanical Engineering or similar field (Trade Test/ National Diploma).
Extensive experience with maintenance, repair, and servicing of tractors and agricultural machinery .
Strong problem-solving skills and experience diagnosing mechanical issues.
Willingness to relocate and work locally or within Africa .
Ability to work independently and manage a variety of agricultural machinery repairs.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
Job Experience & Skills Required: 3+ years working as a Tractor Technician or in a similar role.
Familiarity with various tractor brands and models , as well as related agricultural machinery .
Solid knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in tractors.
Ability to work with remote teams and manage on-site repairs for agricultural clients across different African regions.
A proactive attitude and the ability to maintain high-quality work under pressure.
