Job SummaryFarm Manager SA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm & Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily operations of our game farming facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of farm management, including personnel, mechanical and electrical repairs, and maintenance of tractors, vehicles, and infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral farm management, including personnel supervision and coordinationMaintenance and repair of farm equipment, including tractors, vehicles, and machineryManagement of water supply, fencing, buildings, and roadsIntensive breeding and care of exotic game animalsSecurity and predator control measuresRecord keeping and management reportingPhotography and documentation of farm activitiesMeat processing and quality controlRequirementsRelevant agricultural diploma or degree advantageousMinimum 5 years of experience in farm management or a related fieldProven experience with beef cattle and game animal managementComputer literacy and mechanical aptitudeValid driver's license and PH license advantageousStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with and motivate a teamHonest and hardworking with good health and sober habits
