Agricultural Operations Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced farm manager to join our team at Farm Manager SA. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing farm equipment, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the farm.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment, including tractors, plows, and other machinery.Ensure all equipment is in good working order and make necessary repairs to prevent downtime.Manage the day-to-day operations of the farm, including supervising staff and coordinating tasks.Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.Requirements:Matriculation or equivalent.Qualified diesel mechanic with a minimum of 2 years experience.Valid driver's license.Strong management and leadership skills.Ability to motivate and work with staff.Preferred Qualifications:Previous farm management experience, particularly with chickens and cattle.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.The opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.A collaborative and supportive work environment.How to Apply:Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
