About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Farm Operations Manager to join our team at Farm Manager SA.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring that we meet our production targets and maintain high standards of quality and safety.Responsibilities:Plan and execute delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly targets in consultation with the Director.Supervise field workers, plant and animal operations, and machinery maintenance to ensure efficient and effective farm operations.Develop and implement strategies to improve crop yields and animal productivity.Manage cash flow, monitor the budget, and prepare reports for the same over a period.Ensure compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards on the farm.What We Offer:A competitive salary package of $80,000 - $110,000 per year.A comprehensive benefits package.The opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.
