Our competitive advantage lies in our wide in-house scope, meaning minimal reliance on subcontractors, quick response times, and effective feedback on our designs.The RoleYou will be responsible for : Designing business plans in line with Company's strategy and objectives.Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible.Managing a team of 6-10 people.Strong general business management acumen.Management of all product engineering and product systems.Engineering drive and evaluation of new designs and drawings.Optimise staff productivity, operational efficiency and financial control for business success.Pragmatic and results-orientated.Ability to use initiative, think analytically and thrive under pressure.
