As we expand, we're looking to build a team of motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) from South Africa to join our remote team.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated SDR/Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You will play a critical role in identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This is an ideal position for individuals who are results-driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a growing, international telecoms business.
Key Responsibilities: Prospect and identify leads through research, databases, and cold outreach.Make outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage with potential clients.Qualify leads and assess business needs to ensure a good fit for Agility's telecom solutions.Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to arrange meetings for the sales team.Collaborate with the sales team to build a robust pipeline and ensure smooth handovers.Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track progress, and report on weekly goals.What We're Looking For: Proven experience as an SDR, appointment setter, or in a similar outbound sales role.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to build rapport quickly over phone and email.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms (experience with Zoho, Lusha or Instantly is a plus).A results-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejections and keep pushing forward.Strong organisational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously.Why Join Us?: Remote-first work environment – Work from anywhere in South Africa.Opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing UK telecoms company with a global footprint.Competitive salary (R20,000) + performance-based bonuses.PLEASE EMAIL YOUR CV TO: ******
