Agile Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our organization and help manage two teams within a SAFe Agile Release Train. Were looking for 5-7 years experience with relevant industry exposure (Linear and Digital Advertising sales). The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban frameworks, and SAFe principles. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, removing impediments, and facilitating communication between teams.Duties and responsibilities:Coach and guide teams within a SAFe Agile Release Train to improve their agile methodologies and adopt the Scrum framework effectivelyFacilitate team events such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesEncourage team collaboration and communication, help resolve conflicts and remove impedimentsFoster a culture of continuous improvement within the teams and train them to adapt to changing requirementsEnsure the team follows the SAFe principles, and Agile values to deliver high-quality products on timeTrack team performance metrics and identify areas of improvementWork with Product Owners to refine and prioritise the product backlogLiaise with the Release Train Engineer and Stakeholders to provide transparency and visibility into the team's progressContinuously improve the Scrum process, tools, and techniques to improve the team's productivity and efficiencyQualifications and experience:5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile teamsExperience in managing multiple Agile teams, preferably within a SAFe Agile Release TrainSound knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban frameworks, and SAFe principlesExperience in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand- ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesExperience in facilitating PI Planning and helping teams create PI Objectives would be advantageousExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsExperience in using Agile management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO preferred), JIRA or TrelloExperience working with teams developing APIs would be advantageous
