Reporting to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer, this role requires a candidate with a strong background in Agile Project Management and experience in e-commerce or digital projects.This is a unique opportunity to drive high-impact digital and data transformation initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate must be based in Cape Town and will need to work in the office from Monday to Thursday.Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead the end-to-end delivery of projects using Agile methodologies.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.Oversee e-commerce or digital-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.Identify project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.Engage with stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless communication and alignment with project deliverables.Ensure that project timelines, scope, and budget are managed effectively.Drive project reporting and status updates for the Chief Data & Analytics Officer and other stakeholders.Requirements:Proven experience in Agile Project Management.Previous experience managing e-commerce or digital projects (preferable).Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and project complexities.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Must be based in Cape Town and available to work onsite from Monday to Thursday.If you are a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager looking to make an impact in a leading retail organisation, we would love to hear from you.Please send your updated CV or reach out directly for more information.
