The Agile Project Manager will play a critical role in driving the company's mission forward by ensuring efficient execution of projects that meet business objectives and customer needs.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Delivery: Lead the planning and execution of multiple fintech projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.Agile Facilitation: Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and clear communication on project progress.Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Continuous Improvement & Agile Maturity: Track performance metrics to assess and improve agile maturity, team productivity, and project outcomes.Requirements:Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
