Agile Coach (Cpt Contract)

A client based in Cape Town is seeking an Agile Coach as follows:
To guide various stakeholders in their adoption of Agile methods and principles.Support Scrum Masters / Product Owners with improving their teams' Agile maturity.Coach SM's / PO's and the wider organization (about 20 teams total) in Agile methods.Conduct Agile training, draft training materials and gather feedback on training held.Use a mix of Scrum and SAFe methods to support Agile teams.Required Skills: 5+ yrs pure Agile Coaching exp. is required.Additional Scrum Master exp. is also useful.Consulting exp. in a Professional Services environment (not in-house).Agile and Scrum cert's are a big benefit.Excellent Technical English proficiency is a must.This is a 12 month full time contract, on a hybrid work model at their offices in Northern Suburbs.
