Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with inquiries and service needs related to their vehicles.
Provide expert advice on aftersales products and services.
Coordinate service appointments and follow up on customer feedback.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless experience.
Minimum Job Requirements: Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
Valid Driver's License.
Computer literate.
1-3 years of experience in customer-facing services.
Advantageous Requirements: Experience in the motor dealership industry (technical).
