AFTERMARKET SPARES DEBTORS CLERK Industry: Automotive Location: Selby (Johannesburg) Salary: R10 000 R15 000 Neg. A Wholesaler and retailer of automotive replacement parts are currently looking to employ a Debtors Clerk to start immediately, or as soon as possible, at their branch in Selby. MUST HAVE WORKED WITH LARGE DEBTORS BOOKS IN AFTERMARKET SPARES INDUSTRY, OTHERWISE CV WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED Requirements: Grade 12 Min. 4-5 years experience in Automotive Industry as Debtors Clerk Will receive training on ERP System Must have good communication skills and be well presented Must have the ability to work in a computerized environment Must be target driven and a team player Own Transport Duties include, but are not limited to: Will be working on 2 Bank Accounts with 1000 Customers each Month end Following up on outstanding payments Reconciliations Sending out follow up letters if Accounts not paid by 7 th of month Queries Claims Debtors Submission of day end reports General administrative duties Application Instruction: Email: CV and a cover photograph (head and shoulders) Only applicants that reach the minimum requirements will be considered Correspondence will be entered into with short-listed candidates only.
