Reach out to new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide solutions, including training. Address customer inquiries about products, prices, availability, and usage. Provide price quotes. Develop and implement strategies to target and convert new business accounts, ensuring overall growth and market share increase. Uphold high standards of customer interaction and service, surpassing expectations by fostering strong partnerships based on a deep understanding of clients' businesses and specific needs. Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure delivery on commitments. Undertake procurement tasks as necessary. Coordinate with suppliers to schedule repairs and address other concerns. Prepare and deliver reports as required. Must have requirements: Completion of Grade 12 / Matric. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Material Handling / Automotive aftermarket sales or a related field. Demonstrated track record of successful sales. Proven technical expertise. Possession of a valid Code 8 / EB driver's license. Knowledge Requirements: Sales and Marketing: Familiarity with principles and practices for promoting and selling products or services, including marketing strategies, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales management systems. Customer and Personal Service: Understanding of principles and procedures for providing customer and personal services, including assessing customer needs, maintaining service quality standards, and gauging customer satisfaction
