In this role, you will be responsible for handling queries from an international client base for spare parts, for standard and customized engineered products.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, proactive communication abilities, and a strong technical aptitude.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you!Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities:Review queries from international clients and agent networks for spare parts, identifying the required components promptly.Provide efficient and responsive quotations for spare parts, including price, lead time, and payment terms.Liaise with internal departments such as Customer Service, Engineering, Production, Finance, and field sales personnel to ensure seamless coordination.Proactively follow up on quotations to secure business for the company.Prepare spare parts lists for new capital equipment and track the capture of aftermarket business.Maintain weekly updates of opportunities in the CRM tool and analyze quotation success rates regularly.Utilize technical knowledge to promote products and services primarily by telephone.Collaborate with customers and sales representatives to identify needs and specifications for future sales.Propose changes in equipment or materials to reduce costs or improve operations.Provide technical advice to customers on equipment use, operation, and maintenance.Conduct site visits to assess equipment functionality and provide timely quotations for spare parts.Evaluate open orders monthly in SAP.Support Aftermarket Sales Manager in the preparation of monthly sales forecasts and budgets.Skills:Strong team player with a results-oriented mindset.Exceptional customer-centric attitude with professional and composed communication skills.Flexibility, creativity, and excellent organizational and planning abilities.Fluent in English & Afrikaans.Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.Education and Experience:Diploma in technical or commercial program.Minimum 5 years of functional experience in a similar internal sales role or related maintenance function.Competencies:AdaptabilityBuilding Customer LoyaltyCommunicationContinuous ImprovementContinuous LearningContributing to Team SuccessInitiating ActionManaging WorkWork StandardsApply now!
