Job Objective: Our Global client within the Smart Metering and Smart Grid technologies is seeking a After-Sales Technician.
The successful incumbent should possess an in-depth knowledge of the company's technical products and services and they should be able to relate the knowledge in a way that is understandable to non-technical customers.
The incumbent should be driven to achieve goals and should have excellent sales and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.Provide accurate, detailed information and training about our products, services, and policies to customers.Provide field service to customers for trouble shooting once instructions have been given from the CRM system or the service team.Keep using CRM to keep records of customer interactions and transactions accurately.Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.Collaborate with other team members to ensure customers receive a consistent and positive experience.Continously improve knowledge of our products and services through ongoing training and self-learning and be capable to repair products after training.Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within company guidelines.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and new product releases.Develop opportunities for new clients and also C&I solar projects as per the instructions.Requirements: National Diploma: Electrical EngineeringMatricAt least 2 years experience in the Solar Industry.Experience in solving technical issues and repairs.Must have own transport.Must have a valid driver's license.Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.Deep understanding of PV Solar technologies.
