As a Facility/Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the group of restaurant facilities and staff housing. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while contributing to the success of a renowned restaurant.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine inspections of the restaurant's facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety issues.Coordinate and oversee repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance tasks.Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and restaurant equipment.Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures preferably in UAE.Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient facility management.RequirementsMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.Local GCC experience as a Facility/Maintenance Engineer could be an advantage.Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and restaurant equipment.Experience in coordinating repairs and maintenance activities.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Highly organized with good time management skills.Attention to detail and strong communication skills.Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures preferably in the UAE.BenefitsTBD
