Job Description:
To manage the business analysis of Sphinx AO and AM (including any sub parts) by defining and implementing business requirements for Bank systems and any inter-related systems.Implementation and embedment of Data Quality requirements as stated in policies and guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

User Testing
Sign off development on live system
Test live system to ensure required specifications have been effected
Sign off IT testing in order for the changes to go into User Acceptance Testing
Manage and final sign off on all user testing
IT Test system
Facilitate IT testing of the systems according to specifications
Post implementation testing
User acceptance testing
Sign off final UAT prior to live implementation
Advise any concerns identified to the IT testing team for further development

Job Requirements:

3 to5years' experience as a business analyst in a financial environment
Knowledge and understanding of : AB and certain EHL systems (Exactus, Xiriuz, Bancs, DEX CIMS, Capri , Tallyman) (Only if sourced internally within AB), Sphinx knowledge advantageous,
IT4U Advantageous, SQL, ARIS (advantageous), Policies (Only if source)
Deadline driven
Communication skills (verbal and written)
B Comm or a diploma in Business Analysis (FTI)
Report writing skills
Attention to detail
Minimum Experience
Business Acumen
