We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator with 2-4 years of experience to manage and oversee administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize workloads effectively, and strong interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders. Responsibilities and Duties Administrative Support : Manage and maintain office systems, including filing, correspondence, and scheduling. Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and documentation. Calendar Management : Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team and leadership. Manage meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up tasks. Office Operations : Ensure office supplies are stocked, and equipment is functional. Handle vendor communications and service agreements. Communication & Coordination : Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate between departments to streamline workflows. Record-Keeping and Compliance : Maintain accurate records, including employee data, contracts, and compliance documents. Assist with audits and data verification as required. Event Planning : Organize internal and external events, including team-building activities, workshops, and meetings. Desired Experience & Qualification Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred). 2-4 years of relevant administrative experience in a corporate environment.
