Job DescriptionTo provide efficient and effective administration support.
Responsibilities Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, product providers, and team members.Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to the area of specialization.Produce high-quality work by adhering to predefined standards and procedures in accordance with compliance and governance standards.Effectively plan and schedule activities to continuously improve quality and service delivery.Provide an administration service that meets time and quality standards and includes reporting and updating of all relevant information.Demonstrate teamwork as a valued team player.Qualifications and Experience Minimum Qualification - Grade 12 or relevant NQF 4.Preferred Qualification - Bachelor of Commerce or Business Science.Experience - 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at a junior specialist level.Job DetailsTake note that applications will not be accepted on the below date and onwards; kindly submit applications ahead of the closing date indicated below. 01/12/24
