Purpose:
To increase Indwe's market share by selling appropriate risk solutions to new and existing clients within the Advisory Division.

To provide a rewarding service experience and appropriate risk solutions at all touch points.

Develop and implement a proactive sales plan according to agreed targetsMeet agreed new business targetsIdentify and build relationships with partnersWrite quality new business aligned to sales/marketing planNegotiate with Insurers regarding premiums and quotationsEngage in up- and cross-selling on existing and new business2. Retain and Maintain Clients
Identify new business opportunitiesIdentify opportunities for cross- and up-selling on existing clientsLiaise with insurers and/or management regarding premiums and quotationsBuild relationships with clients through regular calls and informing them of the latest products3. Perform Administration
Load policies, amendments, and endorsements on the system promptlyEnsure premium payment processes and debits are discussed and agreed upon with clientsEnsure data integrity on all policy systemsGeneral correspondence and emails to clients according to company standardsResponsible for proactive and reactive underwritingAdhere to underwriting criteria, FAIS requirements and set company standardsManage incoming and outgoing emails according to set norms and standardsProvide regular reports and feedback to the managerProvide a rewarding service experience at all touch pointsEnsure that customer queries are attended to and resolved expeditiouslyRespond to client's requirements by providing appropriate risk solutions.About IndweAll Indwe employees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner commensurate with the Indwe values:
