Job OverviewBusiness Segment: Corporate & Investment BankingLocation: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30To provide accurate legal advice on the structuring of bespoke transactions in line with the relevant Banking practices and procedures and legal entity mandate.
To manage the negotiation and execution of legal transactions within the area of specialisation, and to identify and mitigate the legal risks involved in these transactions.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsType of Qualification: LLBField of Study: LawOther Minimum Qualifications, Certifications or Professional Membership: Admitted AttorneyExperience Required3-5 years proven experience in the provision of legal advice, drafting, vetting, review, dissemination and/or negotiation, with at least 5 years' experience within the legal and/or financial sectors.Identification and mitigation of legal risk.At least 3 years' people management experience (not necessarily direct reports), where applicable.Please note: All our recruitment processes comply with the applicable local laws and regulations.
