DescriptionThe consultant will provide intermediary services (administrative and marketing) and Product advice across the client sets of both the Investment and Life Insurance products offered to Investec Private Bank ClientsThe ResultThe consultant will provide intermediary services (administrative and marketing) and product advice across the client sets of both stated businesses.
Information needs to be provided in accordance with legislative requirements.
This is specific to Investments, Life insurance and associated risk/ investment product activity Roles and responsibilities:The adviser consultant will be responsible for the following across both the Insure and Invest value proposition:• The purpose of the role is to create a client experience that feels convenient, effortless and personal.
It must feel bespoke to the client.
• Product and single need advice• Leads management and triage of these leads to the correct service channel• Proactive sales and campaign management• Client service - online navigation and query management.
