Ligging: Pretoria
Die Adviesdienste Bestuurder is verantwoordelik vir die verkryging van nuwe Onafhanklike Finansiële Adviseurs (OFAs) vir 'n Sanlam Bemarkingsorganisasie (BO) en die doeltreffende plasing van finansiële adviseurs in lyn met die maatskappy se strategiese visie.
Hoofverantwoordelikhede:
Bestuur 'n span Finansiële Adviseurs en die Administrasiespan.
Dryf die voortdurende werwing, onderhoudvoering en vestiging van nuwe finansiële beplanners.
Lei en bestuur mense doeltreffend.
Verseker dat die departement aan alle wetlike vereistes voldoen.
Bemark die streek om markaandeel te laat groei.
Kweek en handhaaf 'n hoëprestasie-kultuur.
Implementeer doeltreffende stelsels en prosesse om optimale kliëntediens te lewer.
Bestuur en toesig oor die operasionele rugsteun en funksies van die agterkantoor.
Dryf winsgewende groei deur strategiese beplanning, uitvoering en bestuur.
Verskaf gereelde terugvoer en afrigting aan beide individue en die span.
Lei die span om sakegroei te bereik en maandelikse teikens te behaal.
Rapporteer en monitor doelwitte en verseker nakoming van standaarde.
Bou en handhaaf verhoudings binne die breër organisasiegroep.
Toesig hou en mentor nuwe finansiële beplanners.
Vaardighede, Kwalifikasies en Algemene Vereistes:
Graad 12 kwalifikasie.
Minimum van 5 jaar ervaring in 'n bestuursposisie is voordelig.
Rekenaarvaardigheid, met kennis van die MS Office-pakket.
BCom-graad in velde soos Besigheidsbestuur of Beleggings.
3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in die finansiële dienste-industrie, met 'n fokus op risiko en spaarprodukte.
2 tot 5 jaar relevante bestuurservaring.
Bekendheid met die SANLAM-produkreeks is voordelig.
Sterk besigheidsinsig, met ervaring in die opstel van nuwe ondernemings is 'n voordeel.
Besigheidsproses-ervaring, insluitend nuwe besigheid, polisering en eise.
Kennis van finansiële beplanning en adviesprosesse, insluitend belasting, strukture, en boedelbeplanning.
Omvattende kennis van die finansiële dienste-industrie.

The Advisory Services Manager is responsible for acquiring new Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) for a Sanlam Marketing Organisation (MO) and ensuring the effective placement of financial advisors in alignment with the strategic vision of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Financial Advisors and the Administration team.
Drive continuous recruitment, interviewing, and vesting of new financial planners.
Lead and manage people effectively.
Ensure departmental compliance with all legal requirements.
Market the region to grow market share.
Foster and maintain a high-performance culture.
Implement effective systems and processes to deliver optimal client services.
Oversee the management and operations of back-office setup and functions.
Drive profitable growth through strategic planning, execution, and management.
Provide regular feedback and coaching to both individuals and the team.
Lead the team to achieve business growth and meet monthly targets.
Report and monitor goals and ensure compliance standards are met.
Build and maintain relationships within the broader organisational group.
Supervise and mentor new financial planners.
Skills, Qualifications, and General Requirements:
Grade 12 qualification.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a management position is advantageous.
Computer literacy, with knowledge of the MS Office suite.
BCom degree in fields such as Business Management or Investments.
3 to 5 years' experience in the financial services industry, focusing on risk and savings.
2 to 5 years' relevant management experience.
Familiarity with the SANLAM product range is advantageous.
Strong business acumen, with experience in establishing new ventures preferred.
Business process experience, including new business, underwriting, and claims.
Knowledge of financial planning and advice processes, including tax, structuring, and estate planning.
Comprehensive knowledge of the financial services industry.
