Position: Advertising Sales Representative (Brand Owner) Department: Sales

Reports to: Sales Manager

Location: Remote work predominantly, with one day per week in our Johannesburg, Sandton office.

Job Objective:

As a Sales Representative, your goal will be to generate R5 million in revenue annually. Your role will be instrumental in driving new business opportunities and managing significant client relationships to achieve these targets.


Key Responsibilities: New business development. Manage and expand relationships with key clients, ensuring their advertising needs are met and they receive exceptional service. Collaborate with internal teams to craft creative sales strategies and concepts. Regularly monitor and report on your clients campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary to enhance outcomes. Identify and leverage opportunities for account growth, including upselling additional services. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and best practices to stay ahead in the market. Qualifications and Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in advertising sales. Extensive knowledge of various advertising platforms, including TV, radio, outdoor, and online. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. A proven track record in managing large client accounts and achieving significant advertising sales. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet challenging deadlines. A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related fields is advantageous. Compensation: Salary range: R20,000 to R35,000 per month.
