Step into the role of Advertising Key Account Manager (Media Owner Liaison) at Green Media and play a pivotal role in expanding our innovative advertising exchange platform. This platform not only enhances brands' visibility by exchanging unsold products for ad space but also strengthens our network of media owners across Southern Africa. Over the past few years, we have amplified companies' marketing budgets by more than R155 million by exchanging their unsold products for ad space.
Job Objective:
As an Advertising Key Account Manager (Media Owner Liaison), your primary goal will be to secure R52 million in advertising annually through effective collaboration and strategy implementation with our media partners. You will also be required to onboard 60 new media owners annually to our unsold products for advertising trade exchange platform.
Key Responsibilities: Achieve an annual target of securing R52 million in advertising from our media partners through value-creating product-for-ad space trade exchanges. Proactively recruit and onboard 60 new media owners annually. Foster and maintain strong relationships with media owners, ensuring they are engaged and receiving value from their partnership with Green Media. Serve as a liaison between our media owners and our brand sales team, enhancing communication and collaborative opportunities. Monitor and assess the performance of advertising campaigns, ensuring media owner satisfaction and campaign effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to ensure our offerings remain competitive and appealing to media owners. Qualifications and Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in advertising sales. Extensive knowledge of various advertising platforms, including TV, radio, outdoor, and online, ensuring a comprehensive approach to media strategy and client management. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills. Proven track record of meeting significant sales targets and expanding business relationships. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related fields is beneficial. Compensation: Basic Salary: R20,000 to R35,000 per month. Additional lucrative commission structure to earn up to 12.5% of gross profit. Join Us:
