Qualified Social Worker | MASH (Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub) | SwindonQualified Social Worker / Social Work Professional required to join a statutory Family Support and Protection Service (Child Protection Team).Location: Based in Swindon (Hybrid Working)Pay Rate: £35phResponsibilities:Demonstrate expert and effective practice in complex situations, assessing and managing higher levels of risk.Balance support and control, liaising with a wide range of professionals, including senior levels.Manage complex caseloads and offer expert support to case conferences.Produce high-quality assessments and reports for a range of functions.Model good practice, setting expectations for others.Take responsibility and be accountable for the practice of others, mentoring newly qualified social workers, and supervising the work of junior staff.Minimum Requirements:It is essential that you have a recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration, as well as recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role.Apply immediately to be considered.
