Adult Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join the First Response Team.

THIS POST REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION OF A MINIMUM 2 YEAR POST EXPERIENCE. About the team The first response team is a fast-paced team dealing with individuals that may have a range of complex needs. Within this team, you will be screening referrals, working with other agencies across the service, and carrying out face-to-face assessments. This team prides itself on effective teamwork. When being the first point of contact, the team ensures that there is a structured system in place to enable a smooth process.

About you A Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Section 42. Experience of working in a fast-paced team, hospital discharge, or community will be transferable into this team.
