These will be contract roles for the following vacancy:Admissions OfficerDuties And ResponsibilitiesResponsible for student registration admissions approvalChecking qualification entrance criteriaResponsible for issuing of application offer lettersChecking and approval of module selectionCalling students for retention purposesCollection and uploading of documents after academic consultationAssisting with student registrationProviding online/telephonic support for student registrationAd hoc administration assistanceCompetencies RequiredEnhanced interpersonal and communication skillsComputer proficiencyPlanning and organisational skillsTime management skillsDeadline and results-drivenBest suited to a friendly, organised and systematic person who has an eye for detail, works accurately, and is able to handle pressureMinimum Qualification RequirementsMinimum of DiplomaAdvance Diploma or Degree advantageousMinimum Work Experience RequirementsMinimum of 2 years administrative experience (ideally with admissions experience)Preference may be given to EE Candidates
