Job Purpose:
We are looking for suitably qualified candidates to work during our registration period.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for student registration admissions approval
Checking qualification entrance criteria
Responsible for issuing of application offer letters
Checking and approval of module selection
Calling students for retention purposes
Collection and uploading of documents after academic consultation.
Assisting with student registration
Providing online/telephonic support for student registration
Ad hoc administration assistance
Competencies Required:
Enhanced interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer proficiency
Planning and Organizational skills
Time management skills
Deadline and results-driven
Systematic person who has an eye for detail and who works accurately and is able to handle pressure.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of Diploma
Advance Diploma or Degree advantageous
Minimum of 2 years administrative experience (ideally with admissions experience)
Salary:
Market related.
