In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the leadership team, managing daily administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless operations behind the scenes.
Minimum Requirements: Matric.
An administrative qualification, or any relevant qualification, would be beneficial.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant for at least 3 years.
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
Strong with numbers, bookkeeping experience is advantageous.
Advanced knowledge of Excel will be highly valuable.
Willingness to learn new processes, technology, and implement systems.
Independent, with the ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively.
Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and reliability are crucial.
Experience in operational roles will be a plus.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
Duties and Responsibilities: Implement effective systems with reminders.
Promote the company to clients to spark interest in its services (broker component).
Process quotes.
Process invoices with correct information.
Process payments.
Allocate online coaches to clients.
Provide direct assistance to leadership, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Maintain and organise office systems, prepare reports, and handle data entry and filing tasks.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring prompt responses and professional communication.
Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements.
Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, ensuring efficient workflow for the team.
