REQUIREMENTS Matric, relevant qualification advantageous Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role preferred, especially in property management or real estate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (phones, printers, etc.) Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality Professional appearance and demeanour Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team The role is based in an office setting, with standard office hours. Occasional overtime or additional hours may be required based on business needs. Hours: 7.45 to 5.15 pm DUTIES Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and tenants in a courteous and professional manner Direct visitors to the appropriate department or personnel Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and messages, ensuring timely and accurate responses Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for management and staff Handle mail and courier services, including sorting and distributing incoming mail Address and resolve tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and service requests Coordinate with maintenance and repair teams to address property issues Maintain and update office supplies inventory, ordering replenishments as needed Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are organized Assist with the onboarding process for new tenants, including preparation of lease documentation Update and maintain purchaser and leads databases Generate and distribute reports as requested by management Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality agreements and data protection regulations Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office environment Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
