Reporting to: Post Deal Support Supervisor Job Purpose: Responsible for post deal seller support, which includes query resolution, claims & buy- back processing, managing the seller collections process and assisting with any deal support functions that are needed.
Location: Woodstock, Cape Town Key Performance Areas: Under the management / direction of the Post Deal Support Supervisor, the Post Deal Support Administrator will have the following responsibilities (including but not limited to): • Effectively processing claims and buy-backs • Resolving Seller queries timeously and effectively • Process and manage the loading of documentation for new books (COB's Cession letters, statements etc.)
• Accurate & timeous processing of seller collections files • Ensuring claims, buy-backs & collection files are paid on time • Reconciling payments to submissions / invoices • Accurate and timely reporting • Supporting the Post Deal Support Supervisor where necessary Requirements: • English language proficiency • Preference: 5 years working experience in a similar role Skills: • Attention to detail • Basic Excel knowledge • Ability to work independently and use own initiative • A logical mind with problem solving abilities • Ability to interact with third parties with good written and verbal communication • Professional mannerism • Time management and ability to meet deadlines • Ability and willingness to learn Remuneration Structure: • A basic salary • KPA driven Incentive • Benefits at the full cost to the Employer; o Funeral Cover (at the full cost of the employer) o Life Cover (at the full cost of the Employer) o Disability Cover (at the full cost of the Employer) o Medical Cover (at the full cost of the employer, after successful completion of the probation period) • Subsidized schooling at Nimble Peak Child Educare (Ages: 3 months – 5 years) Working Hours: Mondays – Fridays: 08:00am – 17:00pm NB: Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
