Details of the offer

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrator and Personal Assistant to support our CEO in the security industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent office management skills, be proficient in English and computer literacy, and have great communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, manage day-to-day operations, and interact with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide administrative support to the CEO

– Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping

– Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

– Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital

– Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

– Assist with marketing and social media tasks

– Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

– Be available for occasional weekend meetings and willing to drive when necessary

– Manage and oversee financial tasks, including:

– Bookkeeping and accounting

– Budgeting and forecasting

– Invoicing and expense tracking

– Financial reporting and analysis

Requirements:

– Less than 3 years of experience in administration or a related field

– Resides in the Southern Suburbs area

– Excellent English skills, both written and verbal

– Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Strong organizational and time management skills

– Attention to detail and accuracy

– Interest in the security industry

– Valid driver's license

– Advanced financial skills and knowledge

– No attitude issues with authority

– Ability to take direction and feedback positively

– Professional and respectful demeanor

Assessment Process:

Please note that only suitable candidates will be shortlisted and invited for assessments, which will include:

– Skills tests (e.g. Microsoft Office, financial software)

– Psychometric evaluations

– Panel interviews

We are looking for serious and qualified candidates only. No time wasters, please.

Working Hours:

– Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

– Occasional weekend meetings (flexible)
