Minimum Requirements- Matric / General administration experience.Experience Required:- Previous experience working as an administrator at a Law Firm.
- Working with Excel on databases.
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)- Working and submitting with reports.- Attending to queries and emails from clients.- Collection systems such as: Excalibur 4, AJS, ABSA DM & Nedbank programs.Skills Required - Strong admin skills.- Excalibur 4 knowledge will be an advantage.- Microsoft Office Excel, Word.- AJS experience - Attention to detail.- Can work fast and under pressure.- Can be micro -managed.- Strong typing skills professional, fast, good English- Attention to detail.- Willing to learn new skills.- Problem solving.- Ability to multitask, handle pressure and work extra hours when requested.
