Vacancy: Office Administrator Introduction: We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrative to support our team by managing all aspects of office administration. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, coordinating schedules, managing documents, and assisting with communication and logistics. If youre detail-oriented, efficient, and thrive in a supportive role, wed love to hear from you Job Purpose To efficiently manage administrative duties related to invoicing, handling client queries, and drafting credit and security agreements. This role is essential in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing timely support for financial and contractual processes. Requirements: Minimum qualification (essential) National Senior Certificate (Matric) Minimum qualification (desirable) Diploma / Degree in administration Minimum experience (essential) 3 Years in an administrative role Computer Package/ Software Experience Ms Office Previous experience with Syspro will be advantageous Specific Skills required: Administrative Skills Strong organisational abilities to handle various office tasks, including document management, scheduling, and data entry. Attention to Detail Ensures accuracy in invoicing, drafting agreements, and maintaining records. Interpersonal Skills Builds and maintains positive relationships with clients and team members, demonstrating empathy and clear communication. Multitasking Efficiently manages multiple responsibilities and deadlines in a dynamic environment. Time Management Prioritises tasks effectively to meet timelines and maintain workflow. Problem-Solving Quickly addresses client queries and resolves issues as they arise. Basic Financial Knowledge Understands invoicing processes and financial document handling. Location: Ermelo Other: Proficient in Afrikaans Working hours: 08h00 -12h00 Mo Fri Own vehicle and valid drivers license Salary: Market Related
