Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills and have a proven track record in office administration.
This role requires proficiency in office software, experience with ERP systems, and a thorough understanding of stock handling.
Minimum requirements: Proficiency in MS Office and other related software is required.
A minimum of 5 years' experience is required.
1 to 2 years' experience with any ERP system is required.
Fully bilingual.
Workshop or Plant experience will be beneficial.
Duties and responsibilities: Handle all general office administrative tasks, including paperwork, filing, and controller administration duties.
Create and capture invoices on Sage, contact clients for orders.
Communicate effectively with clients and personnel.
Oversee and understand stock handling, including receiving stock and performing stock counts.
Responsible for creating new invoices.
Stock control, ordering and finding best possible prices.
Dealing with customer complaints and enquiries.
