Join our dynamic team as a Company Administrator, where youll play a key role in supporting various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to the companys success. Key responsibilities would include but not limited to: Meeting Minutes & Distribution: Take clear, concise minutes during meetings and distribute them promptly to ensure follow-up on key action points and decisions. Phone Call & Communication Management: Answer and direct incoming calls on behalf of the company, maintaining professionalism and managing inquiries efficiently. Handle communications with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring prompt responses and smooth information flow Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and content management systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in providing helpdesk support or a willingness to learn. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
