This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations for trainers and students alike. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to trainers and students. Promote upcoming courses and manage course fee details. Prepare and set up weekly training sessions and materials. Assist with soft skills training and manage enquiries or complaints from students. Maintain accurate course attendance registers and ensure all students are signed in.
