This role encompasses clerical tasks, coordination of office activities, record management, scheduling, communication, and fostering an organized and efficient workplace.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:Communication and Correspondence:Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communication.Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails appropriately.Draft, review, and distribute correspondence such as emails, letters, and memos.Scheduling and Calendar Management:Manage executive and team calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings.Records and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for the department or organization.Generate reports and presentations as needed for management.Ensure compliance with organizational policies for record-keeping and data security.Event Planning and Coordination:Assist in planning and executing internal and external events, meetings, or conferences.Coordinate catering, venue bookings, and technology setup for events.Financial Administration:Manage expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders.Assist in budget tracking and reporting.Liaise with finance for timely processing of payments and reimbursements.Qualifications and SkillsRequired:National Senior CertificateProven experience in administrative roles or similar positions.Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Remuneration Package:8K – 10KSend detailed CV, Certificates, and ID copy to ****** reference number MID481 in email subject line
