Are you a mature and experienced Administrator with a keen eye for detail?
Our client in Harrismith is looking for a highly organized Administrator to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid administrative experience who can take on various tasks and contribute to the efficiency of the organization.
If you are detail-oriented, skilled in administration, and ready to take on a dynamic role, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Process and capture information accuratelyHandle invoicing and payment processingManage logistics and process load detailsObtain prices and assist with procurementPrepare reports as requiredExperience with tender processes and documentation (highly beneficial)Requirements:Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant administrative experienceStrong organizational and administrative skillsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyAbility to handle confidential information with discretionProficient in the full MS Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.
