Key Responsibilities: Client Support: Schedule and coordinate appointments for the Financial Advisor with clients. Prepare and organize client meetings, including gathering necessary documents and information. Communicate with clients to ensure they receive timely updates and follow-ups. Document Management: Assist in preparing financial documents, proposals, and reports for clients. Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Process forms, applications, and transactions related to investments, insurance, and financial planning. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all documentation is in compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Keep up to date with changes in regulations and assist in implementing required procedures. Data Entry and Reporting: Input client data and financial information into relevant software systems. Assist in generating financial reports, performance summaries, and other necessary documentation. Office Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication for the Financial Advisor. Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment. Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents. Client Relationship Management: Help manage client communications, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests. Assist with follow-ups on financial goals, investment progress, and other client needs. General Administration: Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow. Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Financial Advisor.
