Roles and Responsibilities Client Investment Statements and After-Sales Servicing Generate and manage client investment statements with precision. Provide prompt and professional after-sales service, addressing inquiries effectively. Withdrawals, Death Claims & Maturities Processing Process withdrawals, death claims, and maturities with attention to detail, compassion, and regulatory compliance. Efficient Processing of Servicing Forms Handle servicing forms accurately and liaise with Financial Advisors and clients for any clarifications. Client Details Management Update and maintain client information securely, ensuring data accuracy. General Client Queries Act as the first point of contact for client and Financial Advisor inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions. Process Improvement Advocacy Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes, enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction. Collaborate with the team to challenge outdated practices and recommend solutions. Collaboration with Financial Advisors Build strong relationships with Financial Advisors, ensuring seamless communication and process ownership. Administrative and Ad-Hoc Support Provide support to reception and management during breaks or leave periods. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and ensure smooth daily operations. Documentation and Records Management Maintain organized and compliant records of all client servicing activities. Effective Servicing Pipeline Management Prioritize and manage the servicing pipeline to meet deadlines. Qualifications: Matric RE5 Wealth Management or related industry qualification would be desirable Requirements: Relevant experience in processing investment-related forms. Minimum 2 years of administration or client servicing experience in the financial insurance industry Familiarity with investment-related processes and forms will be beneficial. Knowledge of CRM systems and financial services regulations desirable but not required. Attributes and Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and data protection awareness Empathy for handling sensitive client matters Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic situations Process improvement mindset and collaborative approach Employment Details Type: Permanent, with a 3-month probation period Grade: 5 Salary: R25,000 per month plus possible incentives Benefits: Company laptop, employee benefits based on eligibility Location: Gauteng, Centurion Working Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 am4:00 pm (1-hour lunch break) with availability for urgent client matters outside these hours Remote Opportunity: No Projected Start Date: 1 January 2025 (Earlier if possible) Application Steps: Please follow online instructions and ensure to complete your application profile to 100% for all new flink candidates, if you already have a flink profile with us please ensure all your information on the system is up to date.
