Withdrawals, Death Claims & Maturities Processing Process withdrawals, death claims, and maturities with attention to detail, compassion, and regulatory compliance.
Efficient Processing of Servicing Forms Handle servicing forms accurately and liaise with Financial Advisors and clients for any clarifications.
Client Details Management Update and maintain client information securely, ensuring data accuracy.
General Client Queries Act as the first point of contact for client and Financial Advisor inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions. Process Improvement
Advocacy Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes, enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to challenge outdated practices and recommend solutions.
Collaboration with Financial Advisors Build strong relationships with Financial Advisors, ensuring seamless communication and process ownership.
Administrative and Ad-Hoc Support Provide support to reception and management during breaks or leave periods. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and ensure smooth daily operations. Documentation and Records Management
Maintain organized and compliant records of all client servicing activities.
Effective Servicing
Pipeline Management Prioritize and manage the servicing pipeline to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Matric RE5 Wealth Management or related industry qualification would be desirable
Requirements:
Relevant experience in processing investment-related forms. Minimum 2 years of administration or client servicing experience in the financial insurance industry
Familiarity with investment-related processes and forms will be beneficial.
Knowledge of CRM systems and financial services regulations desirable but not required.
