Core DescriptionTo provide accurate information on configurations and their documentation to support all the other Service Management processes, assist the team with technical solutions and coordination with other teams in the business. The incumbent will also be required to maintain SHEQ compliance and storerooms for the client.
Key Deliverables / Primary FunctionsCompile and distribute reports to SIM's and the clientMaintain SHEQ administration tasks on client siteManage and maintain IT storerooms on client siteInterface with process owners and technical support teamsReview resource activities of team members and on customer levelPerform analysis of data used for customer reportingMonitor process activities in the environmentVerify quality of information in the CMDBEscalate inconsistencies in CMDB to relevant support teamsReview and audit data integrity of the CMDBCore Functional Skills & CapabilitiesITIL Service ManagementMicrosoft OfficeCommunicationData ManagementCustomer ServiceCore Behavioural CompetenciesJob MatchPersuading and InfluencingWorking with peopleWriting and ReportingMinimum QualificationsNQF 4: Grade 12 National Diploma
Experience2 years experience or more in a similar position, within a complex IT environment
CertificationsITIL 4 Foundation preferred

Level of Engagement: Interacting with clients as well as relevant stakeholders within BCX.
Special Requirements / Employment ConditionAbility to work extended/long hours as and when required
