Administrator and Support for Recruitment and EOR Specialists Position Title: Recruitment Administrator/Support Specialist Location: Cape Town Employment Type: Full-time Reporting to: Recruitment and EOR, Team Lead Salary: R14 000 - 18 000 pm Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator/Support Specialist to assist a dynamic team of recruiters and Employer of Record (EOR) specialists.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining recruitment operations by managing CV preparation, scheduling appointments, conducting bulk references, and handling all recruitment-related administration.
Key Responsibilities: CV Preparation: Format, update, and tailor CVs to align with job specifications.
Maintain a structured CV database for quick access and retrieval.
Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange interviews and appointments between candidates and recruiters/clients.
Coordinate meeting schedules and send calendar invites to all parties involved.
Reference Checks: Conduct bulk reference checks efficiently and accurately.
Document and report reference outcomes to recruiters in a timely manner.
Administrative Support: Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and CRM systems.
Handle recruitment correspondence, including responding to candidate inquiries.
Assist in drafting job adverts and posting on various platforms.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure candidate documentation (ID, qualifications, and certificates) is collected, verified, and filed appropriately.
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports on recruitment activity.
Provide regular updates to the team on the status of candidates and open positions.
Skills and Competencies Required: Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with recruitment software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Time Management: Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Interpersonal Skills: Team player with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience: Education: Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment or administrative role.
Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools is highly advantageous.
Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of compliance and labor laws is a plus.
