We are looking for a talented Administrator to join their team.Job Description:As an Administrator at our CCTV Security Company, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
Your responsibilities will include:Providing administrative support to various departments within the company.Handling documentation, data entry, and maintaining records accurately.Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Coordinating communication between different teams and external stakeholders.Managing office supplies and inventory.Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.Requirements:Must have a degree from a recognized institution.Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in administration roles, preferably within a similar industry.Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is essential.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
